If you attended the Umbra Institute through CISabroad, you can request an official transcript by emailing Ashley Hiehiapo, the CISabroad Programs Coordinator for Italy, at ahiehiapo@cisabroad.com and include the following details:

 

1. Your Name

2. The Semester(s) or Summer Session(s) you studied at Umbra

3. The address where you would like the sealed official transcript sent

 

Please note: Students will receive a fee for extra transcript copies.

If you attended the Umbra Institute through a different provider or directly through the Umbra Institute, please contact us at info@umbra.org and include the following details:

 

1. Your Name

2. The Semester(s) or Summer Session(s) you studied at Umbra

3. The address where you would like the sealed official transcript sent

 

Each transcript costs $15.00 + $5.00 postage per address and must be paid for prior to mailing.
We will send you via email an invoice which you can pay online. All transcripts will be sent via regular mail and may take as long as two to three weeks to arrive.
