Exclusively for students who are taking part in the History and Culture of Food core course, either individually or as part of the Umbra Food Studies Program. Students will head deep into the Umbrian countryside to search, along with the help of a trusty trufflehunter, for the elusive (and expensive!) Umbrian truffle. In fact, Umbria is renowned as one of the world’s best truffle-producing regions!
