Teaching Philosophy
Learning a new language is difficult but ultimately very rewarding. As a teacher I see my role as one of providing encouragement and support to students as they begin their language “journey.”

A spirit of cooperation, a desire to interact with one another and learn a new way of life along with a new language.
Favorite Teaching Moments
When my students start to use Italian in their everyday activities both within and outside the classroom. It shows me they have learned and are motivated, finding a new language both useful and fun.
