half away from Perugia going east!).\nWith its lively lungomare (seafront
) and extensive beaches\, it’s an extremely popular destination for Umbria
ns\, who go there by the hundreds each weekend over the summertime.\nOn th
is day trip\, you will experience a peculiar Italian beach habit\, the sta
bilimento balneare\, i.e. the kind of homey beach club where most Italians
famously prefer to spend their vacations by the sea.\nThis activity is de
