The Amalfi coast – Splendors of Southern Italy

In Spring 2023 Umbra will be running its semester weekend excursion to the picturesque and majestic region of the Amalfi Coast. The trip also includes visits to Pompeii ruins and the excursion to Positano and Amalfi. The Amalfi Coast opens to the west into the Mediterranean Sea. It is bordered on the north by the cities of Naples and Pozzuoli, and on the east by Mount Vesuvius. Sitting serenely in the Sorrentine Peninsula, Capri is an international tourist destination, offering crystal clear waters, unspoiled landscapes, cultural sites, and many other surprises. The Isle of Capri is famed as a classy and beautiful holiday destination. It’s an island of myths and history. The Amalfi Coast is considered one of the most beautiful places in Italy and often overlooked by student travelers. Now is your chance to participate in this unique and enchanting weekend experience.
