Background
With an extensive background in Archaeology and Art History, Alessandro Celani has taught in Universities, throughout Italy, provided a series of professional lectures, and written a number of books – including his most recent publication, about being dominated by the images that surround us: “Victima. Genealogy of the Victory between Antiquity and Modernity”.

Teaching Philosophy
“History and Art History are to be considered as ways to represent the present as well as the past, and provide students with new ways of deconstructing and reconstructing themselves.”
