Fees & Registration

If you’ve been accepted, we will send you the link to the registration form; you’ll need to register, indicate which optional events you’d like to attend, and then pay the invoice by 28 February 2025, the end of the early bird registration. Thereafter there is a late fee of $30 added to the registration. The final registration and payment date is 15 March 2025.

We are happy to have adult family members, partners, or friends join presenters for all the additional events; children can come along to the aperitivo, informal meal, and the food tour (rates discounted for children). Please simply indicate on the registration form who will join you and for which events and we can add them to your invoice. With any questions, email [email protected]. In late Spring 2025 the Schedule page will have a draft program and a sketch outline of the conference events.

Early-Bird Conference Attendance Fees
Professor Fee: USD$120
Independent Scholars, Adjuncts, Auditors, or Graduate Students: USD$90
[after 28 February, there is a late fee of USD$30]

Optional Conference Events:
Opening Aperitivo: free for all registered participants
Gala Dinner: USD$TBD
Informal Typical Perugian Meal: USD$TBD
Sunday informal event (food tour and lunch at a local restaurant): USD$TBD (minimum ten participants, maximum twenty)
