Fees & Registration

Once you’ve been accepted (decisions emailed after 15 February 2026), you need to fill out a registration form and pay the invoice by 1 March 2026, the end of the early bird registration. Thereafter there is a late fee of $45 added to the registration. The final registration and payment date will be 15 March 2026.

 In late Spring 2026 the Schedule page will have a draft program and a sketch outline of the conference events.

Early-Bird Conference Attendance Fees
Professor Fee: USD$140
Independent Scholars, Adjuncts, Auditors, or Graduate Students: USD$110
[after 28 February, there is a late fee of USD$45]

Optional Conference Events:
Opening Aperitivo: free for all registered participants
Gala Dinner: USD$70
Informal Typical Perugian Meal: USD$40
Sunday informal event (details TBA): USD$85 (minimum ten participants, maximum twenty)
