Francesca Salerno

Francesca is an Italian native from the Amalfi Coast with a love for international experiences and helping students discover life-changing opportunities abroad. She studied veterinary medicine at Federico II University in Naples, where she served as an exchange officer for the International Veterinary Students’ Association (IVSA), organizing visits and exchanges among universities across Europe. She also had the chance to study abroad herself in Poland, Germany, the US, and South Africa, experiences that fueled her passion for cultural exchange.

After moving to the United States, Francesca earned her Master’s in Public Health at Dartmouth College, developing skills in community engagement, research, and cross-cultural collaboration. Francesca lives in Vermont with her husband Filippo, a native from Florence, their son Gianluca, and their cat Sofia. They love spending time with family in Florence whenever they can. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and climbing in New England.
