Chocolate Workshop #1
By now, you must be used to the daily sight of hand-made chocolate pralines at each cafe’ and shop window in Perugia. But have you ever wondered how they are made?
Put yourself to the test and craft some pieces of delicious chocolates! A professional chocolate-maker will guide you through the various steps towards the perfect chocolate bar.
This activity is designed for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 14 participants. As usual, participants are selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participation Fee: $30
Sign-ups open on May 22 and close on May 26 at noon and settle the invoice to complete your subscription.*
Meet at the Fountain at 6PM.
