Permit of Stay Processing STEP 1/2: Documents Processing (only for students who applied online for a Permit of Stay)

If you applied for a permit of stay, please stop by at the Student Lounge (2nd floor of the Umbra main building) at any time between 3:00 pm and 4:45 pm to finalize the needed paperwork. Please respect this given time slot.

Note: You must bring your passport, visa, international health insurance, and enrollment letter: our collaborator will use them to prepare your application packet for Immigration.

Later on Sunday evening, you will be emailed your individual meeting time for the next morning (Monday, August 31st) , when you may complete Step 2.
