Marta Parlanti Rahm is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Master’s in Education. She has over 20 years of experience as an international education and is a trained sustainability and holistic teacher. Marta’s passion for teaching lies in inspiring students to view food as a means to preserve health-promoting traditions while embracing the joy of conviviality and shared experiences. She believes that students exposed to such practices are empowered to make a meaningful impact in communities, both small and large.
