Giulia Brufani, ABD

Giulia Brufani is currently a PhD Candidate in Chemistry at the University of Perugia and Professor of The Science of Italian Food at the Umbra Institute of Perugia. During her doctoral studies, she has been a visiting PhD student at McGill University in Montreal, working with the C.-J. Li research group. She obtained her master’s degree in Chemical Science in 2020 from the University of Perugia. In 2019, she was selected as one of the top 100 talented students in Europe to attend “ROCHE CONTINENTS 2019” in Salzburg (Austria).
